Inquiry Sentinel is an independent product pilot operated by Laurent Liu. For a limited business outreach pilot, we record a company's name, public corporate role email, the public source, a relevance note, and delivery, reply or opt-out status. Sources are official company websites and public company registers.

We use this information only to assess interest in an industrial enquiry follow-up service. We do not target consumers or sole traders, sell contact data, use tracking pixels, or add recipients to a general mailing list. Email is handled using our business email provider.

Prospect records are deleted within 90 days of the final contact unless a business conversation continues. A minimal suppression record may be retained to honour an objection. To request access, correction, deletion or no further contact, email laurent@inquirysentinel.com.
